Upon closing, we provide a 10 Year Warranty with Home of Texas to each of our customers at no charge. In addition, Steve Hawkins Custom Homes provides a one year Limited Builders Warranty administered by our home office.

We encourage you to bring us all your ideas. We are happy to work with what you have. Bring us your complete set of plans, a partial set of plans, a list of ideas, even a sketch on a napkin and we will finish the process from whatever point you would like to start.

Steve Hawkins Custom Homes has lots now available in thirteen different neighborhoods throughout the metroplex. In addition, we have extensive experience building on the customer’s land or other lot they have purchased.

The price per square foot varies depending on the neighborhood, floor plan, amenities, and special requests of each customer. We will be happy to provide you with a bid once we have completed a preliminary floor plan and selected a location.

We recommend Christian Johnson at Shelter Mortgage and Jim Bane at W.R. Starkey Mortgage Company. We have worked with both of these companies for many years and have found them to be very professional, efficient, competitive and reliable.
